Your day to day will include:
- Executing daily operations of lottery systems by effectively operating multiple applications
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of LOTOS Gaming System according to operating standards
- Participating in the enhancement of data quality and operational processes, performing regular control checks on data integrity and system reliability
- Participating in projects for the upgrading / remodeling of the LOTOS gaming platform
- Following-up and cooperating with internal and external stakeholders for the effective management of issues on production environment of LOTOS
- Executing UAT to support IT team and vendors in the implementation of system improvements and modifications
- Executing daily and drawing management processes to support lottery business operation and reconciliation controls
- Monitoring ongoing business processes and established information security controls
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of LOTOS Gaming System according to operating standards
- Supporting the execution of corrective / improvement actions to the LOTOS Gaming System, according to the guidelines and directions
- Proceeding to the necessary Configuration of Lotos Gaming System parameters according to business needs and standards
- Participating in the planning and execution of the contingency plans to ensure high availability of lottery business operations
What you need to succeed:
- BSc in Information technology or relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in technical operations support roles
- Very good knowledge of the gaming operations and procedures
- Availability to work in shifts
- Knowledge of IT service management/ticketing systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-support orientation with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines
- Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
- Proficient MS Office user
