A well established Law Firm is currently recruiting an IT SysAdmin. He/She will be a key member of our IT team.

Job Description

The IT SysAdmin is responsible for implementing all necessary IT routines and procedures and diagnosing HW or SW problems, maintaining corporate network, servers and firewall appliances.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the support team supporting users and infrastructure ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Performs troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems of users and infrastructure (remote and on premise)
• Enforces policies and provisioning accordingly
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Monitoring computer systems and networks
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance
• Identify computer or network equipment shortcomings
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
• Coordinate with IT teams when necessary for troubleshooting

Requirements- Technical Skills

• 3-4 years proven experience on IT support roles
• Degree in information technology or relevant field
• A strong working knowledge of computer systems (hardware, software and network technologies)
• Experience required in Microsoft technologies - Windows 10, Windows Server (2016/2019), Active Directory
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies (DHCP, DNS, Access points, VPN, Firewalls, Network Devices)
• Knowledge on Virtualization technologies (HyperV, KVM, Proxmox)
• Excellent communication skills
