Shop & Trade is seeking for an IT Assistant to be part of its IT Operations Team.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide users in the correct use of information systems
• Actively involved in the support of ERP Entersoft
• Perform UAT tests before Go Live of new Developments
• Consult internal users to ascertain needs and to ensure that facilities meet user or project requirements of the business
• Provide user training, support, advice and feedback regarding the ERP usage with new add-ons and developments
• Escalation to Vendors in order to resolve issues, such as bug fix requests
• Experience with creating and maintaining documentation and operation guides.

Qualifications

In order for your profile to match the position, you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience with IT projects support ERP’s on business custom procedures.
• Experience on Entersoft ERP would be an asset.
• Good knowledge of the following: Office 365, VBA, MS SQL Server.
• Team spirit and ability to coordinate several activities across the company.
• Military obligations fulfilled if applicable.
