We currently have a vacancy for a skilled IT Consultant, experienced in gathering and analyzing business requirements as well as in software testing, and fluent in English. You will work remotely from within the EU or from our Athens or Thessaloniki office. Occasional travel to the client site might occur in the future.

Main responsibilities and Tasks

By applying your knowledge and experience you will be involved in the whole life cycle of projects from a business perspective, acting as counterpart to the client’s Product Owner in the role of Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer, Software Tester, Technical Writer, Trainer and Project Assistant. More analytically you will be engaged in:

• Eliciting, analysis, refinement and management of user and system requirements;
• Software application testing, documentation, user training, support, and studies for software applications;
• Client communication;
• Participation in project management and reporting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience;
• Working knowledge in process modelling and modelling of functional and non-functional requirements;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment;
• Fluency in English;
• Minimum 1 year related experience in a Software development project;
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, XML, XSD, SQL, HTML, CSS and of usability and accessibility aspects of Web applications is an asset.
