We are currently hiring a Senior Software Development Manager to work within a highly interactive team environment and works closely with both functional and technical staff to manage and provide daily direction to implement solutions to business requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

• You will be leading several development and quality streams to deliver features, defect resolution and technical debt changes across web and cloud products
• You will be proactively resolving issues as they arise and reporting status
• You will proactively work with key stakeholders from across the business in Technical/ Customer support, Product, Finance and HR to mention a few, to ensure your teams operate smoothly and at max efficiency, helping remove impediments where necessary.
• You will develop strong relationship with product management to ensure product releases are aligned to the vision and strategy of the business.
• Optimise resources and schedules to ensure that work objectives are met.
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies

Capabilities:

• Knowledge and experience with a proven track record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or development manager
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git
• Very good command of English language. Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Leading teams in parallel, distributed, permanent, third party
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
