Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our CRM Lead and our Commercial Team to enhance customer interactions

  • Audit existing CRM infrastructure, pinpoint improvement areas and help in their development

  • Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Support teams to effectively design our Zoho CRM to best meet customer needs

  • Leverage Zoho and its modules to create a streamlined customer life cycle, from lead handling and offer acceptance, to onboarding, lifetime support, and renewal

  • Provide continuous support and enablement to the key CRM users like the Sales Team and Customer Support Team

  • Conduct training sessions on new features for CRM users and facilitate the onboarding for new CRM users

  • Generate reports and conduct data analytics to guide business decisions

  • Familiarize yourself and guide the team in using all functionalities supported by the Zoho ecosystem, including marketing automations, Creator, Surveys, Campaigns, and more

  • Cooperate with the Marketing team to best utilize the tools provided by Zoho for customer segmentation, promoting relevant solutions to each prospect and existing customers

  • Assist the Operations team in using our CRM and its automations to optimize and automate processes from Lead to Renewal

 

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 32 years of work experience as a CRM Analyst. Previous experience with Zoho will be considered a strong plus

  • Basic HTML / CSS knowledge for customizing Zoho CRM's user interface and creating simple templates. Willingness to learn and improve these skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a STEM field

  • Excellent communication and team management skills

  • Experience in SaaS operations

  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes

  • Ability to think in a structured and flow-based manner, managing processes from conception to fruition

  • Familiarity with data analysis and customer information trends

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude

  • Experience in industries like Automotive, Logistics, Insurance, Telco or IoT is considered a strong plus
