Responsibilities:
Coordinate the customer support operations by managing the Operations team.
Liaise with clients, vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and services that could improve our operations.
Document changes, revisions and problems.
Prepare technical reports, problem reports, status reports.
Perform installations and configurations of systems.
Mentoring of the team.
Education and Experience:
Degree in Computer Science, Systems/Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
Working experience in the IT field resolving various network, software and hardware issues
General experience with Linux, Windows server administration and virtualisation
Familiar with TCP/IP and computer networking
Qualifications:
Strong and thorough verbal and written communication skills (Greek & English language)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and be team oriented
Reliable and dedicated professional with strong customer focus and able to work under time
pressure as well as balance and prioritize activities to ensure critical items are addressed.
Ability and happy to learn new technologies and enhance his/her skills quickly
Ability to travel internationally if needed.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with server hardware
Experience with Linux, Shell scripting, Python, Dockers, Windows servers
Experience with Cisco technologies.
