Accenture Security is one of the fastest growing areas of the business with significant growth plans through additional recruitment and acquisitions. You will be joining Accenture's Cyber Defense services, working as part of the rapidly expanding Greek team to manage, maintain and enhance industrialized and repeatable processes, methods, tools and response plans to secure applications and environments and safeguard systems development standards. Application Security professionals assess, define, implement and/or support world-class application security solutions for Accenture or our clients, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-level programs. The Application Security role includes:

Definition of security testing processes into software development life cycle.
-
Definition of application security architecture elements.
-
Definition and documentation of security requirements for applications (web, mobile, SOA, etc.).
-
Definition and measurement of KPI and KRI related to security in applications.
-
Build PoC with clients to determine best tools to be implemented.
-
Vulnerability lifecycle management on client environment.
-
Run security testing and security assessments.
-
Collaborate with clients to define best approach to maximize the security posture.
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
-
Passion for Security, Agile, and DevSecOps.
-
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Security or relevant engineering discipline.
-
Software development Waterfall, Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and with a DevOps mindset.
-
At least 2 years of experience working on delivering application security projects and services or equivalent industry experience in related fields such as software engineering, cloud, quality assurance, etc.
-
Familiar with security practices and architectures, such as network security, security code development, security auditing, security hardening, information security.
-
Experience in conducting security checks, such as SAST, DAST and SCA with Fortify/Veracode/Checkmarx tools, vulnerability analysis in applications and penetration tests skills using IDA Pro, Ghidra or similar.

Experience with OWASP Testing Guide v3 / 4 and OWASP TOP 10.

Experience in securing APIs.

Hands-on experience in software development with some of the most common languages and enterprise frameworks (Java, J2EE, Spring, C++, C#, Python, .NET…), and web application and web services development technologies and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Node.JS…).

Extensive use of change management technologies (SVN, Git…).

Strong presentation, speaking, collaboration, and writing skills.

Demonstrate excellent command of Greek & English language, both written and spoken.

Curious, self-motivated, life-long learner, empathetic, and collaborative.
Will be considered a plus:
-
Master in Digital Security field.

Certification CEH, CISSP, CSSLP, CDP/CDE, GWAPT, GWEB, OSWE, CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent).

Experience in management and definition of security in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Experience in automatization of CI/CD tasks in continuous release development DevOps environments (Jenkins, Ansible, Bamboo).

Valuable knowledge on PaaS or containerized deployment architectures (OpenStack, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes…).

Valuable knowledge on SOA security (WS-Security, REST security) and models (Kerberos, OpenID, OAuth, JWT, SSO…).
