Key accountabilities

• Keep track of leave time (such as vacation, personal and sick leave), maintain & update personnel records and payroll data in HR database system (Orian ERP System)
• Prepare HR documents for personnel (such as payroll certificates, employment letters, contracts etc)
• Process paperwork for new employees & administer hiring/termination process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Universities/Colleges, participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs/career events in order to present the company, interview and select candidates for internship
• Communicate with departmental Managers in order to create job ads and job descriptions based on staffing needs
• Responsible for the recruitment in Piraeus and Thessaloniki offices
• Source and recruit candidates by building a candidate pipeline through all resource channels, including social networking, online job ads, headhunting, professional networking with universities/colleges and local media resources
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including screening calls, in-person/virtual interviews and support all stages of the hiring process
• Ensure smooth on-boarding of new joiners and participate in their induction program
• Support in the organisation of the HR events

Requirements:

•  Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Department
• Knowledge of Greek Labour Law
• Education: A graduate in Business Administration/HR
• Computer literacy
• Very good level in English (verbal and written)
