KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordination of  housekeeping activities and overview of building  needs, maintenance and repairs, orders and PRs creation for all related activities
• Support in a wide range of HR processes and related activities (employee new hirings, terminations, renewals),handling of every employee queries
• Ensures consistence with all Health & Safety rules, instructions and activities according to the Health & Safety legislation.
• Organize and make necessary preparations for annual employee events (Christmas kids party, Pita Cutting, corporate Christmas & Easter bazaar, Family Day celebrations, GM Roadshows etc.)
• Acts as a point of contact for Medical Insurance and Pension claims while  administers employees benefits at a local level (cars, mobile devices, i-pads etc.)

• I have strong communication and customer centric skills
• I have strong project management skills and acting as an owner
• I am result driven professional with detail orientation
• I have organizing  and prioritizing skills
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Masters Degree in relevant field (desired)
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Administrative/HR supporting roles
• Fluency in English (verbal & written)
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with SAP software environment is desirable
