KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination of housekeeping activities and overview of building needs, maintenance and repairs, orders and PRs creation for all related activities
- Support in a wide range of HR processes and related activities (employee new hirings, terminations, renewals),handling of every employee queries
- Ensures consistence with all Health & Safety rules, instructions and activities according to the Health & Safety legislation.
- Organize and make necessary preparations for annual employee events (Christmas kids party, Pita Cutting, corporate Christmas & Easter bazaar, Family Day celebrations, GM Roadshows etc.)
- Acts as a point of contact for Medical Insurance and Pension claims while administers employees benefits at a local level (cars, mobile devices, i-pads etc.)

- I have strong project management skills and acting as an owner
- I am result driven professional with detail orientation
- I have organizing and prioritizing skills
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Masters Degree in relevant field (desired)
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Administrative/HR supporting roles
- Fluency in English (verbal & written)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SAP software environment is desirable
