Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with the Managers of all Dpt. to identify the recruitment needs by determining the job and candidate specifications
  • Determining monthly placement goals; sharing frequent progress updates
  • Advertising job vacancies and screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process effectively and efficiently; update records in internal database
  • Supporting the personnel’s onboarding in the company.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration or similar studies
  • 1-3 years previous working experience in recruitment, i deally in Telecommunications or construction industry
  • Previous working experience within a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office platform
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Ability to reach targets and keep calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take initiatives.

The ideal candidate shall also have:

  • Good command of the German language (current level B1).
  • MBA
  • Previous working experience in telecommunications industry
