HR Consultant

Our services are divided into four major categories of activity: Outsourcing and HR services, Customer Service and Promotion of Products and Services by telephone and alternative communication channels, Consulting Services for Selection, Training and Development of Human Resources and B2C and B2B Claims Information and Management Services.
We are currently seeking a Consultant to join our Human Capital Division, who will be responsible for all core day-to-day activities of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles in the organization
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Handle the Company’s Internship Program
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
- Coordinate training & development initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate company events and CSR activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Master’s degree will be considered as an asset)
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as a member of a team
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments without compromising quality of service
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Fluency in English
