Role Responsibilities

• Contribute to the completion of projects and manage your own time to meet agreed targets.
• Understand the fundamental business drivers for Pfizer and make decisions within the organization's guidelines and policies.
• Coach & support managers & colleagues on a range of HR policies and practices.
• Manage well documented processes and procedures for HR system.
• Support Employee Relations function including data analytics.
• Handle internal audit and close audit observations as per deadlines.
• Acts as a single point of the contact for vendor management.
• Assist in streamlining & automation of HR processes.
• Prepare key HR metrics, HR dashboards and presentations using various analytical tools.
• Identify and introduce new methodologies, participate in the ongoing continuous improvement of processes and practices.
• Support annual year end cycle support, report generation, data migration/verification and staff communication and also employer tax returns filing.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience.
• Full knowledge of related laws and regulations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and result oriented.
• Experience with Microsoft Office - proficient Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Fluency in English or Spanish language is required

Nice-to-Have

• Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• Knowledge of HR Ordinance and Provident Fund.
• Possess analytical and creative skills.
• Exposure in merger and acquisition or new entity setup.
