Ella Resorts is a newly established hospitality management company, boasting a collection of eco-chic hospitality properties. In 2023, Ella Resorts will be operating a portfolio of 6 lifestyle & family resorts on the islands of Rhodes & Corfu, offering exceptional quality and service excellence.

We are seeking to hire:

HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will work under the general guidance of the Group HR Director and will handle the administrative tasks in the Human Resources department in accordance with the Hotel’s standards and procedures. Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.

Scope

Reports to Group HR Director

Assists with all recruitment administration tasks.

Ensures all new start documentation is completed in a timely manner through utilization of the recruitment platform and liaising directly with candidates.

Provides contracts of employment or letters of confirmation for all staff on completion of fully authorized documentation.

Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.

Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.

Oversees weekly employee schedules and approves or provides alternations ensuring an efficient labor cost.

Prepares payroll process and procedures.

Assists with planning, coordinating, and executing employee activities and Human Resource’s programs / events.

Support engagement with the vision, mission and the values of the company and create positive employee experiences.

Ensure staff are effectively onboarded at a local level.

Maintains a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensures any employee grievances are monitored and resolved.

Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Requirements

Three or more years working experience in a similar role in Hospitality industry
Degree / Diploma on Tourism Management, or equivalent in Human Resources field
Computer literacy
Excellent knowledge of English language
Excellent knowledge of ERGANI program

HRM systems experience such as Pylon is required

Good knowledge of labour law and payroll procedures
