Human Resources Business Partner

For our Head office in Athens (Metamorfosi). The position reports to the HR Director. The primary scope of this role is to implement a broad range of HR projects with an understanding of, and experience with, the core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; employee relations; performance management; leadership development; training).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage local employee relations to ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection across all levels supporting the execution of the talent acquisition strategy, develop short- and long-term talent solutions
  • Support all organizational development activities and processes such as Performance Management and People Development Review
  • Review Organization charts, prepare and update salary pay scales & create job offers
  • Participate in design and implementation of compensation and benefits policy and processes
  • Research and design compensation and benefits plans that are cost-effective and competitive
  • Assess employee development needs and propose development actions in collaboration with HRD and Line Managers
  • Coordinate benefit administration (medical, ticket restaurant, company car, mobiles, etc) and informs employees accordingly
  • Participate in Budgeting process
  • Prepare and monitor specific HR metrics (KPIs) – Headcount, Turnover ratio
  • Coordinate training programs according to the Annual Training Plan to address business development and capability needs
  • Execute tools/programs to drive employee engagement, support Organization Survey and in action plan creation.
  • Lead and/or participate in deployment of various HR projects and initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is desired
  • 4-7 years of professional experience in Human Resources, especially in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
  • Communication with internal and external parties in a collaborative, positive manner
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Project Management skills
  • Proactive attitude toward solving problems
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Expertise with MS Office applications
