To support our Human Resources team, we are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner - Logistics, that will oversee all human resources operations for the Warehouse & Logistics Department.

Our ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices, employee management and organizational changes and be able to act as a consultant to senior managers.

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
• Ensures the proper implementation of manpower planning, recruiting, talent management, learning and development.
• Establish a very close and trustful relationship with the W&L Department to push topics such as employee retention, feedback cycles and career paths.
• Manages HR projects, aiming at facilitating the target achievement of the W&L department.
• Continuous and systematic development of the organizational structure and HR processes.
• Provide HR policy guidance and participate actively in their implementation and further development
• Identify training needs for W&L teams and individuals.
• Suggest new HR strategies.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in HR, preferably in a growing, high paced environment. Experience in the Logistics, Retail or FMCG sector will be considered an advantage.
• BS degree in Human Resources or related field
• Good knowledge of labor legislation
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Change-driven and open for new solutions by thinking out of the box
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal oriented with a can do mentality
• Ability to work in a team, enthusiasm and initiative
