Senior HR Administrator

Oinofyta Plant

 

The role:  Senior HR Administrator effectively supports proper execution of human resources activities on a daily basis, along with the entire employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, personnel development, offboarding, payroll etc), reports to Plant HR Manager.

How you will contribute:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Plant HR Manager
  • Handle daily HR administration duties (e.g. timer, filling, facilities, HR documents & files) in line with the company’s guidelines & policies
  • Manage onboarding & offboarding procedures, collecting all relevant documentation and coordinating reference checks
  • Administer public competent authorities’ platforms (DYPA, ERGANI) ensuring compliance with the applicable laws in force and company’s guidelines & policies
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Ownership of collating payroll information and supporting the HQ payroll & compensation/benefits team by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Support the successful implementation of HR policies within the framework of company's strategy
  • Provide support, guidance and training to employees as required
  • Act as point of contact for current and potential employees
  • Be involved in recruiting process (CV Screening, Communication with candidates, Interviews)
  • Handle and support various HR initiatives

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or any other related discipline
  • Minimum  3 years of professional experience in relevant HR positions
  • Good command of English language
  • Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications and payroll systems preferably SCAN HRMS
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, team oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate with a great degree of flexibility
  • Ability to meet timelines of business needs and constraints.
  • Self-motivated, with high ethical standards, attention to detail and exceptional internal customer service orientation
