G4S, a member of Allied Universal®, is the world’s leading integrated security company. We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our team, providing essential support across various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our people processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including ad posting, CV screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain and update employee records in Soft1 HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including all legal documentation
• Assist with the timely submission of employment data to Ergani and other state platforms
• Support the implementation of the annual training plan and performance management cycle
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits, leaves, and company policies
• Help organize employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events
• Assist in internal audits and ensure HR file compliance with company and ISO standards
• Support various HR projects

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a Generalist or Assistant
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office tools
• Familiarity with Ergani or Soft1 HRIS will be considered a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
