Talent Acquisition Specialist 

To join our HR Team, reporting to Talent Acquisition & Development Manager.

The role:

Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent, as well as a collaborative mindset to work  closely with hiring managers.

How you will contribute:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process for both industrial and administrative job openings
• Facilitate the hiring process and implement sourcing strategies tailored to different job  specifications and needs (such as job role, seniority, location etc.).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications and  requirements for each position
• Generate and manage recruitment reports to track key metrics and provide insights
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data applicant tracking system
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.

What you will bring: 

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
• Max 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Industrial environment
• Self - motivated, with high ethical standards, attention to detail and exceptional internal customer service orientation
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate with a great degree of flexibility
• Excellent command of English language
• Ability to meet timelines of business needs and constraints
