Inter Cars Greece is seeking to strengthen its team with a new colleague for the position of Human Resources Specialist, based in Elliniko.

The successful candidate will support daily HR operations and actively contribute to the continuous improvement and development of Human Resources processes.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and managing the employee lifecycle (onboarding – offboarding).
• Managing the recruitment process and actively supporting hiring decisions.
• Monitoring and updating the company’s organizational structure and charts.
• Supporting the performance evaluation process.
• Assisting managers and supervisors on HR policies and procedures.
• Participating in employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s image and attract top talent.
• Contributing to HR projects (process improvement, engagement initiatives, training programs).
• Supporting employees’ continuous development, by identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Good knowledge of labor legislation
• Familiarity with HRIS / ERP systems (experience with SoftOne will be considered an asset)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good command of the English language
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to effectively collaborate with different levels of hierarchy
• Hands‑on approach with a practical mindset
