Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2-3years of experience in HR Operations and/or Payroll, preferably within hospitality and luxury environments.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll and HRIS platforms, including HiBob.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Job responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle changes regarding new hires, terminations, promotions, lateral moves, annual leaves.
- Manage payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Support HR and payroll reporting and provide data for audits and internal management.
- Ensure proper administration of benefits, allowances, and deductions in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with Finance for payroll accounting, cost allocation, and budgeting processes.
- Support audits by providing accurate payroll data and documentation.
- Monitor HR processes, including payroll, leave management, and employee lifecycle workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and payroll information.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, luxury brand standards, and ethical practices.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle using HRIS.
