About the role

There is currently a job opening for “Talent Acquisition Specialist” in our Human Resources Department. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring best fit candidates to meet company’s needs and growth. What you will do:

• Responsible for ensuring a smooth full recruitment cycle, from job posting, scheduling and interviewing to onboarding
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs as well as offer guidance and consultation  
• Leveraging recruitment tools and platforms to build an extensive talent pipeline
• Enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring every applicant has a seamless and positive journey with us
• Acting as AEGEAN’s ambassador by participating in company events, career fairs, university visits, and networking events
• Getting involved in other HR projects and initiatives
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR management

 

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM), Business Administration and/or a related field
• 2-4 years of professional working experience specifically in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Familiarity with HRMS and/or ATS systems
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English

 

And you have competence in:

• Stakeholder management and effective collaboration
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Agility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
