Employer Branding & Internal Communications Senior Specialist

Role Mission

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Employer Branding & Internal Communications professional to support the development of company’s employer image and strengthen internal communication across the organization, within a dynamic Retail & Services environment.

The role focuses on executing employer branding initiatives, enhancing employee engagement communication, and supporting HR projects through content creation, reporting, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Employer Branding Support
Support the execution of employer branding initiatives across digital channels and recruitment campaigns, ensuring alignment with company’s culture and values.

🔹 Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Communication
Assist in promoting and communicating the company’s Employee Value Proposition across internal and external touchpoints, helping ensure message consistency and clarity.

🔹 Internal Communication Content
Create and distribute internal announcements, newsletters, HR updates, and engagement materials that strengthen employee connection and transparency.

🔹 HR Reporting & Metrics
Contribute to HR data tracking and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports that support HR decision-making and internal communication effectiveness.

🔹 Support HR Projects
Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives related to employee experience, development programs, and internal engagement activities.

🔹 Employee Engagement Initiatives
Support the planning and communication of internal events, recognition programs, and culture-related campaigns.

🔹 Message Consistency & Brand Alignment
Ensure that all internal and employer branding materials are aligned with corporate tone, visual identity, and brand standards.

Profile Level (Senior Specialist Position)

✔️ 2+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Employer Branding, HR Communications, or similar roles.
✔️ Strong content creation and presentation skills.
✔️ Ability to work with data and translate insights into structured reports.
✔️ Experience supporting HR or people-related projects in growing organizations is a plus.
✔️ Fluency in Greek & English.
