HR Assistant
The HR Assistant will join our growing team and support our HR department’s daily operations and functions. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Assistant supports the day-to-day management of HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, development, and compensation and benefits. We are looking for a team player, with high energy who loves to continuously think of creative ways to optimize all things related to the smooth running of HR department, handling all day-to-day responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Recruitment process (Creation and publication of job ads, CV screening, conducting interviews)
- Actively participate in the new hire orientation, onboarding, employee recognition programs and employee termination process, while delivering an exceptional employee experience
- Handle employees’ benefits, such as: corporate mobile phones/tablets/laptops, meal vouchers, corporate health insurance program
- Support employee requests regarding policies and processes
- Arrange seminars, workshops, additional trainings based on company’s needs
- Management of working hours, work schedules, and overtime
- Management of the Digital Work Card system
- Provide administrative support and update our internal databases; Assist with the submissions to local authorities (ERGANI, SEPE)
- Facilitates team building events
- Monitor and update company HR policies
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant field; MSc in HRM will be an asset
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an HR Assistant role or a human resources/administrative position
- Excellency in MS Office suite, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) both in English and in Greek language; French language will be an asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly growing and dynamic environment
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
