We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!
Core Responsibilities:
- Handles the monthly payroll preparation and payroll execution in compliance with labour legislation, internal policies and relevant authorities.
- Collects and analyses payroll data to produce necessary payroll calculations and reconciliation
- Ensures the accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation to employees
- Responds to employee inquiries related to payroll and resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Ensures regular payroll reporting is prepared in time, as well as prepares ad hoc reports for HR and upper management
- Assists in the review of payroll systems and processes and continuous upgrade of the payroll services to the internal customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Payroll, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in SAP ERP will be considered as a great asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
- Strong knowledge of Greek tax and wage laws
- Advanced Microsoft Office user
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle confidential information
