Role Overview

Support the Yacht Manager in coordinating guest and principal services, crew administration, and operational organization to ensure seamless yacht operations and exceptional onboard experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest and principal requests, bespoke procurements, and pre-arrival planning
• Maintain preference records and support onboard arrangements
• Assist with crew administration, including contracts, rotations, travel, visas, and certification tracking
• Support payroll coordination and HR documentation
• Track expenses, approvals, and financial reports
• Maintain operational task systems and project follow-ups
• Assist with charter preparation, regatta planning, and vendor coordination

Requirements

• Experience with crew management in the superyacht industry
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks with attention to detail
• Professional communication and discretion
