The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy across systems and act as a key point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities 🖋️
• Administer and ensure the accurate execution of the employee lifecycle in accordance with Greek labor legislation, including hires, onboarding, preparation of employment contracts and confidentiality agreements, contract amendments, and terminations
• Record and process all employment-related actions accurately and on time in the ERGANI platform and the company’s HR systems
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including candidate and employee communication and collection of all required documentation
• Oversee weekly shift schedules and ensure accurate registration of working hours and overtime in the ERGANI system
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, absences, and schedule changes, ensuring accurate records for payroll purposes
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate and up-to-date HR data and ensuring all changes are properly documented
• Act as a first point of contact for employees, responding to requests and providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor law–related matters
• Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee personnel files (digital and physical), in compliance with data protection and audit requirements
• Prepare HR-related certificates, confirmations, and official documentation
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
• 1–2 years of experience in HR administration and/or payroll (preferably in retail, FMCG, or a consulting environment)
• Familiarity with HR systems, including ScanHRMS (Epsilon) and ERGANI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up on multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Good communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Reliable, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information
