Recruiter - Promotion & High-Volume Projects

Role: This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage high-volume recruitment projects and understands the operational reality of roles such as Promoters, Merchandisers and other mass hiring positions.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Understand internal business needs and workforce planning requirements
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and stable partnerships
• Develop job descriptions and role specifications in collaboration with clients
• Create and publish job advertisements
• Conduct cv screening and select suitable candidates
• Perform interviews
• Prepare and present shortlists of qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, networking, etc.)
• Send rejection emails and communicate with non-selected candidates professionally
• Manage recruitment projects involving mass scale-up
• Collaborate closely with account managers on recruitment projects from their client portfolio
• Liaise with universities, technical institutes and other institutions to attract candidates
• Represent the company at career fairs and professional events to strengthen employer branding

Experience & Qualifications Required:

•  Similar experience 1-2 years in recruitment for promotion, merchandising, call center or other high-volume operational roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication abilities
