We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the P&C team to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Support in performance review cycles and talent development planning.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and internal systems in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee services.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidates possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Frequent travel and onsite work at hotel destinations required.
- Ability to work with HR technologies and platforms (e.g., Workable, applicant tracking systems, digital onboarding tools, LMS platforms) and willingness to adopt new tools with ease.
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office and HR systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
