Rewards Senior Specialist (Maternity Cover)

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Rewards Senior Specialist - Benefits & Global Mobility to join our Group HR function in Athens, Greece and play a key role in shaping, governing, and optimizing employee benefits and global mobility frameworks across the Group.

In this senior expert role, you will act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders, supporting complex benefits and mobility initiatives across multiple geographies. You will combine strong technical depth with analytical rigor and executive-level communication, contributing to governance, compliance, cost effectiveness, and employee value proposition decisions.

Your role will encompass:
Benefits Strategy & Governance
  • Support the design, review, and continuous evolution of global benefits frameworks and policies
  • Contribute to benefits harmonization and optimization initiatives across countries and entities
  • Evaluate benefits competitiveness, cost trends, and alignment with the Group's employee value proposition
Global Mobility & Expatriation
  • Support governance of global mobility, expatriation, and relocation frameworks
  • Review complex or non-standard mobility cases, providing structured input to decision-making forums
  • Contribute to the assessment of tax, legal, and regulatory considerations across jurisdictions, in collaboration with HRBPs and HR Services
Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Act as a senior point of expertise for HRBPs and HR Services on benefits and global mobility topics
  • Support interpretation of policies, approved guardrails, and governance frameworks
  • Contribute to the development of guidance materials, standards, and best practices
Data, Insights & Quality Control
  • Support benefits and mobility data analysis in collaboration with People Analytics
  • Review data accuracy, consistency, and integrity for governance, audit, and reporting purposes
  • Contribute to dashboards, reports, and senior-level insights
Projects & Senior Exposure
  • Participate in or lead benefits and mobility projects (e.g. new country entries, vendor reviews, system implementations)
  • Prepare analyses and materials for senior HR leadership discussions
  • Support clear communication and executive storytelling on benefits and mobility topics


What you bring to the role:
  • 6+ years of experience in Benefits, Global Mobility, or Total Rewards roles within complex organizations
  • Strong expertise in:
    • employee benefits design and governance
    • global mobility and expatriation frameworks
    • international compliance considerations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess cost, value, and risk
  • Experience working with HR systems, reporting tools, and people data
