In detail, our new colleague in this position, along with our team members, will:
- Participate in the preparation of the annual headcount and personnel expenses budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension plans, etc.
- Monitor and assist in various C&B processes like salary review & benchmarking of compensation and benefits packages according to the market statistical data, taking into consideration all relevant info as well as company & market trends.
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of personnel benefits.
- Participate as team member in the annual compensation planning cycle, including bonus and salary planning programs.
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following:
Important Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree Business Administration, ideally combined with a postgraduate degree in HR/ Finance.
- At least 3 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in a well-organized HR department.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office and particularly Microsoft excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience with Sap / HR module- Success Factors is a plus.
