Role Purpose

The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for the design and implementation of structured training programs aligned with role requirements, quality standards and business needs.

The role approaches training as a practical tool for enhancing employee behaviour and strengthening operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured training programs
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Implement and monitor training initiatives
• Evaluate effectiveness through defined KPIs
• Ensure training documentation compliance for audits
• Support continuous improvement of training processes

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Training / L&D roles
• Experience in professional or regulated environments
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Ability to translate training needs into measurable behavioural outcomes
• Familiarity with LMS systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Relevant academic background
