Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Consultant based in Athens, Greece, who will play a key role in supporting the launch of our first office in Greece. In this position, you will assist job seekers in finding suitable employment opportunities while also handling related administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone communication with candidates and provide information about job opportunities. Daily target: 60 calls.

• Actively search for relevant job portals and online sources to promote our services in the region.

• Post job vacancies on appropriate portals.

• Assist different groups of candidates, including unemployed individuals, graduates, and long-term unemployed.

• Handle general administrative tasks related to candidate management.

• Participate in weekly performance evaluations during the first three months to receive feedback and support professional growth.

Requirements:

• English at C1 level.

• Driver’s license not required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Motivation to achieve targets and deliver results.
