Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Consultant in Larisa, Greece. The main responsibility of this role is to actively support job seekers in finding employment opportunities and manage related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone communication with candidates and provide information about job opportunities. Daily target: 60 calls.

• Actively search for relevant job portals and online sources to promote our services in the region.

• Post job vacancies on appropriate portals.

• Assist different groups of candidates, including unemployed individuals, graduates, and long-term unemployed.

• Handle general administrative tasks related to candidate management.

• Participate in weekly performance evaluations during the first three months to receive feedback and support professional growth.

Requirements:

• English at C1 level.

• Driver’s license not required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Motivation to achieve targets and deliver results.
