As part of its expansion, Diaverum Greece is looking to recruit an HR Co-ordinator to join its dynamic team.

ABOUT THE ROLE 📌:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, selection).
- Organize and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Greek labor law.
- Handle ERGANI submissions, contracts, amendments, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Payroll & Time Management
- Collect and verify payroll data; liaise with payroll provider.
- Manage leaves, working hours, and digital work card requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and work climate.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training programs.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Update HRIS
- Participate in process improvement and digitalization projects.
Culture & Values
- Be the role model for culture and values
ABOUT YOU 📝:
Knowledge/Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in common role
- University degree within Human Resources Management or similar
- Knowledge of Greek Labor law & Ergani
- Fluent English knowledge
Competencies:
- Build trustful relations with employees on all levels
- Very good communication and influencing skills
- High level of personal integrity
- Detail & Results oriented
- Believe in people´s ability to grow and develop
