Human Resources Business Partner (Recruitment Focus)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles in various countries, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote our company culture and values to attract high-potential candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, inclusive, and engaging experience for all applicants.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, retention rates) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices and contribute to the development of innovative hiring solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- At least 3 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent knowledge of English language and MS Office
- Very good knowledge of LinkedIn
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
