In this newly defined role, you will support local leadership on everyday HR-related topics. You will coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of key HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and exits, contributing to positive employee experience.
Close and continuous collaboration with the local HR Business Partner forms a key part of the role, ensuring a consistent approach across HR activities and alignment with local labor regulations and internal standards. Alongside this, regular interaction with our HR team in Lucerne helps bring group‑wide HR practices into the local context and keeps our processes connected to the wider organizational direction.
Your work and responsibilities

■ Support local leaders in creating a consistent and positive people experience through HR practices
■ Contribute to maintaining high‑quality HR processes through accurate data handling, timely coordination, and close collaboration with the local HR Business Partner
■ Support the end‑to‑end talent acquisition cycle while ensuring smooth and positive onboarding experience for all employees
■ Ensure smooth HR operations for core processes
■ Handle Greek employee contracts, external payroll, and employee benefits partners
Background
■ Passion for people and culture
■ 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a mature company with advanced people practices
■ Experience in the tech/manufacturing industry with hands-on mentality and eagerness to engage in an international, growing SME setup
■ Excellent written & verbal, structured communication skills in Greek and English – German would be a strong asset
