DPAM, founded in France in 1986, specializes in clothing and footwear for children from birth up to 14 years old. In Greece and Cyprus, its expansion is carried out through Trade Status S.A., a company belonging to the Fourlis Group, with a network of 20 stores in Greece and 5 in Cyprus, while internationally the number of stores is approaching 700.

Reporting to the HR Supervisor the suitable candidate will be responsible and accountable for:

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interviews, candidate communication).
• Participate in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement – employer branding initiatives.
• Handle all matters related to hiring and contract renewals, including obtaining necessary approvals, gathering required documentation, submitting to the ERGANI system, and entering data into the Scan HRMS payroll system.
• Participate in onboarding and training processes for new employees.
• Contribute to HR reporting and analytics (time recording and absences system, maintaining HR databases)
• Participate in career events, job fairs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines efficiently
• Confidentiality and teamwork
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
