In Greece and Cyprus, its expansion is carried out through Trade Status S.A., a company belonging to the Fourlis Group, with a network of 20 stores in Greece and 5 in Cyprus, while internationally the number of stores is approaching 700.
Reporting to the HR Supervisor the suitable candidate will be responsible and accountable for:
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interviews, candidate communication).
- Participate in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement – employer branding initiatives.
- Handle all matters related to hiring and contract renewals, including obtaining necessary approvals, gathering required documentation, submitting to the ERGANI system, and entering data into the Scan HRMS payroll system.
- Participate in onboarding and training processes for new employees.
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics (time recording and absences system, maintaining HR databases)
- Participate in career events, job fairs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines efficiently
- Confidentiality and teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
