The position was mainly established for the purpose of supporting the Training & Development Team. In general, the Training & Development Specialist has to coordinate all standard trainings for office employees & marine crew, that are essential for our projects. It is important for the candidate to understand the Group's strategy and its future capability needs, in order to identify learning priorities accross the Group. Work in close collaboration with Directors & Managers in order to create & deliver the training & development path of our employees and marine crew. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the industry and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Analysis
    • Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps;
    • Analyze trends and provide recommendations on training opportunities;
    • Collaborate with department managers to determine training needs specific to their teams;
  • Curriculum Development
    • Create and update training materials, including presentations, participant guides, and e-learning modules;
    • Design and develop engaging and interactive training content;
    • Ensure training materials align with learning objectives and business goals;
  • Learning Delivery
    • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels;
    • Deliver engaging and dynamic training sessions that incorporate various instructional techniques;
    • Monitor and evaluate participants' progress and adjust training methods as needed;
  • Evaluation
    • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to measure the effectiveness of training programs;
    • Make recommendations for improvements based on evaluation results;
    • Track and report on training metrics and key performance indicators;
  • Employee Development
    • Assist in the creation and implementation of employee development plans;
    • Collaborate with managers to identify individual development needs;
    • Provide guidance and resources for employees' professional growth;
  • Training Administration
    • Maintain training records and documentation;
    • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and equipment setup;
    • Manage training budget and vendors;


Requirements

  • Advanced training in Human Resources or similar field of expertise;
  • Other educational background related to HR services is under consideration as well;
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a T&D Specialist or similar in offshore or marine field;
  • Clear & effective communication in English;
