We are looking for a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST to join our team at Oinofyta and Τhiva Plants, Viotia
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role scoping, job description, ad posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
- Execute targeted sourcing market mapping, and proactive outreach
- Support employer-branding and outreach activities for talent attraction
- Manage HRMS to create job requisitions, post jobs, track pipelines and generate reports
- Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, documentation, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs
- Monitor TA KPIs (time‑to‑fill, source‑of‑hire, offer acceptance rate, candidate NPS) and present insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field; postgraduate HR studies are a plus
- 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in industrial / manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with HRMS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
- Employer Branding campaign experience and university/industry partnerships
