The position was mainly established for the purpose of supporting the Pay Hub Team. In general the Payroll Specialist assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the groups payroll. The candidate will handle seafarers payroll as well as shore employees of the Group. Part of the day to day tasks and responsibilities will be to hanlde Ergani, draft and distribute employment contracts, assist employees and seafarers in payroll related queries, check leaves, sick leaves, absences, process payroll from calculation to APD, FMY and all necessary actions related to it. In general the Payroll Specialist will handle all life cycle of payroll.
