We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join the team and report to our HR Manager.

 

Role Overview 

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding functions in our company. By managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting Hiring Managers across Retail and HQs, you will ensure we attract and select the best talent in the market. Your excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with your passion for people and strong attention to candidate experience, will help you thrive in this role. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for both external and internal hiring 

• Partner closely with Retail and HQ Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities 

• Create, publish, and maintain job postings across relevant job platforms 

• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next steps with Hiring Managers 

• Conduct interviews and ensure a smooth collaboration with candidates and HMs throughout the process 

• Track and evaluate interview progress and outcomes through the ATS  

• Provide clear and timely communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience 

• Prepare and extend job offers and collect all the required onboarding documents 

• Build and maintain communication with universities and external partners for talent pipeline development 

• Participate in ad hoc Talent Acquisition (TA) & Employer Branding projects to elevate our hiring experience and market presence 

 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in ATS (eg. Recruitee) will be a plus 

• 1-3 years of experience in TA or HR roles 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills 

• Ability to prioritize and work with high volume  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a big company  

• Fluency in Greek & English
