Responsibilities:

• Develops comprehensive HR reports with financial and operational indicators (budget, payroll cost, headcount, turnover, diversity), gathers and processes HR data to identify trends in critical metrics and provides meaningful insights to Management for all Group companies
• Supports the creation and monitoring of the headcount plan and workforce cost at PPC and Group level, providing accurate and well-documented data
• Develops and evaluates cost scenarios, forecasts expenses related to payroll changes, hires or departures and identifies deviations from the approved budget, proposing corrective actions in collaboration with the Compensation and Benefits Division
• Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on workforce composition and cost for all Group companies, providing valuable information to Management
• Compiles and delivers reliable ESG data and reports for the Group, in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Group requirements and international standards
• Supports digital transformation projects and HR process optimization, working with teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Collaborates closely with Business Units and Finance, ensuring alignment of financial and HR data and producing consolidated reports and creates dashboards/visualizations in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) for dynamic monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University or Technological Educational Institute in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another related field
• Master's degree in Data Analysis will be considered an additional qualification
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in designing and developing comprehensive HR reports and analyses
• Experience in large companies will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
• Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
