Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits & HR Operations
- Participate in the design, review and implementation of compensation & benefits policies.
- Assist with salary benchmarking, market analysis and cost monitoring.
- Support payroll data preparation and accuracy (Scan HRMS).
- Manage employee benefits on a daily basis (health plans, allowances, C&B programs).
Time Tracking & Daily Operational Processes
- Daily monitoring of the Digital Work Card.
- Record and validate employee changes, leaves and absences across all sites.
- Daily timekeeping control in alignment with site managers and Payroll.
- Assist with reporting (headcount, overtime, time tracking KPIs).
HR Systems & Data Management
- Update and maintain employee profiles.
- Ensure HR data consistency across Scan HRMS.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and digitalization efforts.
Corporate Services & Administration
- Manage the company car fleet (contracts, renewals).
- Manage corporate mobile plans and telecom services (subscriptions, devices, vendor communication).
- Support cooperation with external vendors (benefits, insurance, telecom, etc.).
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for the HR team and management.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll or Timekeeping.
- Experience in industrial environment, would be an asset.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with ** HRMS platforms**, ideally Scan HRMS.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit and a high sense of professionalism & confidentiality.
