Workathlon member of kariera Group is growing and looking to hire a Hospitality Recruiter

The position will be based in our offices in Gerakas, Athens.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with talent Recruitment practices, tech-savvy, and have an out-going personality that seeks to provide solutions for any problem.

Responsibilities

• Perform sourcing A-Z to fill open positions and anticipate future needs for hotels, restaurants and other hospitality companies
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events
• Coordinate with hiring managers/owners about the status of the search.
• Negotiate contracts and provide guidance to clients
• Build rapport with star candidates and build a network of top talents
• Provide support to both candidates and hotels/clients

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality or in HR will be considered a plus
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment is required
• Experience of 2+years in a hospitality position
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language is required
• Advanced computer user (Ms office, social media, ATs)
