📍 Working Model: Hybrid
🗓️ Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, morning hours
📝 Contract: Fixed-term with potential for renewal
🖋️You will be reporting to: HR Manager

What you will do:

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar roles, supporting the company’s increasing production needs and ensuring smooth placement and onboarding of qualified candidates.

More specifically:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for light-industry roles (machine operators, warehouse workers, technicians)
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
• Liaise with external partners, agencies, and networks to source talent
• Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, documentation, and onboarding
• Maintain recruitment KPIs and ensure timely reporting
• Support employer-branding and outreach activities for talent attraction
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring procedures
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally for blue-collar or volume-hiring roles
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments will be considered a strong asset
• Familiarity with MS Office & ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Excellent command of English
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings under tight timelines
