We are looking for a Learning & Development Trainee to join the Learning & Development team and support the training and development initiatives across the resort. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the design and delivery of training programs in a luxury hospitality environment.
As a Learning & Development Trainee, you will support the L&D team in organizing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for employees across various departments. You will assist in tracking training progress, preparing training materials, and ensuring the continuous professional development of our team. This internship is ideal for those looking to develop their skills in learning & development in a high-end hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and other development programs for staff.
- Help create and update training materials and presentations for in-house learning programs.
- Maintain records of employee participation and progress in training programs.
- Support the L&D team in identifying training needs and suggesting relevant development opportunities.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback from training sessions to improve future programs.
- Work with different departments to understand training needs and coordinate department-specific development initiatives.
- Handle logistical aspects of training events, including setting up venues and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Requirements
- ESPA Eligibility: You meet all criteria to be funded under the ESPA Internship Program (e.g., current undergraduate/recent graduate from a Greek University).
- EU passport/legal right to work in Greece for the duration of the internship.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) and Greek.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel), with knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) being an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and a desire to support the professional development of others.
- Available for a full-time 40-hour schedule and relocation to Costa Navarino for the duration of the internship.
