We are seeking a new team member to join and grow our Human Resources function either an experienced HR professional ready to take full responsibility for all HR matters or a highly motivated, capable individual with training and interest in HR, ready to grow into the role over time.
This position is open due to an internal transition: our current HR Manager is planning to move to a different role within the company. Depending on the experience and potential of the successful candidate, the transition will either be immediate or gradual, with appropriate onboarding and support.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, structured in thinking, and eager to contribute to the development of a modern, effective, and supportive HR function in a growing company.
Depending on your profile, your role may include:
- Managing or supporting HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, HR policies)
- Helping shape or lead initiatives for organizational growth and employee engagement
- Gradually assuming HR leadership responsibilities as readiness and company needs align
