The Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in streamlining HR operations and enhancing communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be experienced, dynamic, proactive, and skilled at building efficient processes that support our people and our business.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.

• Review and improve HR procedures to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

• Communicate company policies and procedures clearly and effectively.

• Assist management in implementing HR best practices across departments.

• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

• Provide support in performance management, training, and staff development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Around 5 years of experience in an HR role (HR Officer, HR Associate, or HR Manager level).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Greek labor laws and HR best practices.

• Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written).

Additional Details

• The position is based in Peiraias.

• Travel is minimal during the winter months and moderate during the summer season.
