Ανθρώπινο ΔυναμικόOur client, a well-established pharmaceutical company, seeks to recruit an HR Business Partner (fixed-term contract).
Role overview: The position combines strategic and operational responsibilities, with a strong focus on payroll management, total rewards and HR administration processes. Acting as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, the ideal candidate ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while driving various HR initiatives and projects.
Main responsibilities
- Manages end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Ensures full compliance with labor laws and internal procedures, including the transition to digital timekeeping systems.
- Collaborates with all business units to ensure alignment of payroll and HR practices.
- Handles employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
- Maintain HRIS and employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinates and administers HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and offboarding.
- Facilitates training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Provides guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Prepares HR reports and analytics for leadership, including headcount, turnover, and compensation metrics.
- Partners with senior management to address HR needs and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree in Human Resources will be considered a plus
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll and compensation management
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; experience with Epsilon Net software system
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
- Fully proficient in using MS Excel
